Silk satin is a fine, supple and shiny fabric on the right side and matte on the reverse. Its smooth appearance and silky touch are due to the weave of the fabric. The more luxurious 100% silk satin is used in both haute couture and ready-to-wear.

Washed silk is slightly different from classic silk because it is designed to be easy to care for. Indeed, a chemical treatment is applied to natural silk to make it less fragile. We obtain a slightly more matte fabric but just as pleasant and noble as classic silk.
