1. General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site and the Services Offered

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; users of the Site are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.

This Site is normally accessible to users at all times. To access the Site, the user must have internet access, any potential costs of which are their responsibility. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may, however, be decided by Tissus en ligne, which will then endeavor, as far as possible, to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The Tissus en ligne website is updated regularly. Similarly, the legal notices, general terms and conditions of sale, privacy policy, and cookie policy may be modified at any time: they are nonetheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to take note of them.

2. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free to any user of the internet network. The online purchase of products is reserved for natural persons with full legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1145 et seq. of the Civil Code, or for emancipated minors. Non-emancipated minors must obtain prior authorization from their legal representative to place an order.

3. Limitations of Liability

The Publisher endeavors to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the accuracy of the information presented on it. However, the Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of temporary interruption of access related to maintenance operations, or malfunctions attributable to the internet network or the user's equipment.

4. Collection, Publication, and Moderation of Online Reviews

The reviews presented on the Site are collected exclusively from our Customers who have made an actual purchase. Once an order is recorded as "Delivered" by the carrier, an automatic invitation is sent to the Customer by email allowing them to rate their experience (scale of 1 to 5) and submit a comment.

In return for the time spent writing their review, the Site offers the Customer a 5% discount coupon valid on their next order. The allocation of this coupon is systematic upon submission of the review and occurs independently of the rating given or the positive or negative nature of the comment.

Reviews are automatically gathered and published on the Site by our review management module.

The Publisher reserves the right to moderate or delete a posteriori any review containing insulting, defamatory, hateful language, or language unrelated to the purchased product.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent court will be determined in accordance with the rules of common law. For users who are consumers, the competent courts are those of the place of residence of the defendant or, at the choice of the plaintiff, the place of actual delivery of the product or the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
