g/ml or g/m²: how to convert a fabric’s weight
g/ml tells you what the metre you buy weighs, g/m² what the fabric itself weighs. The formula, a table by width, and when to look at which.
Crepe is a fabric that has been worked to have a slightly wavy appearance. The fabric is subjected to very strong torsion and possibly heating to deform its fibers in a given direction.
This light pink wool crepe, which also contains 28% silk, is ideal for making dresses, pants, suits and other sets.
Both sides are identical.
Premium wool crepe made in Italy.
